I am giving 20 people in Central London the opportunity to join a free 4-week Diet Trial to lose weight and improve their overall health this September.
This could be for you if answer yes to three or more questions:
- Do you still feel tired 20 minutes after getting up?
- Do you need coffee, tea, or something sweet to get you going in the morning?
- Do you often crave chocolate, sweet foods, bread, cereal or pasta?
- Do you often have energy slumps after meals or in the afternoon?
- Do you have mood swings or difficulty concentrating?
- Do you have less energy than you used to have?
- Do you often feel too tired to exercise?
- Are you gaining weight and/or finding hard to lose weight?
- Do you have 5kg/10lbs excess weight you would like to lose for good?
- And, do you have an interest in improving your nutrition to benefit overall health?
How to Qualify
- You are prepared to commit to attending the 4-week programme, consisting of 4 consecutive weekly sessions of 2 hours
- You are willing to try some simple diet and lifestyle changes during this time
- You agree to provide feedback and give permission for the results to be anonymously published as part of a research project on weight loss
