It's finally winter! And to be honest I don't like it!
Days are too short. You can easily spend a whole day without seeing the daylight if you're not careful: it happened to me almost every day back to the time I was in the rat race.
Temperatures drop easily below 10C, so you need to add enough layers to keep warm. This means you may end up looking one size bigger.
And last but not least, it is often difficult to have a social life because people are sick or unwell - or they need to look after sick or unwell members of the family
But on a much more positive note, I not longer hate winters: I've managed not to get sick or unwell for the last few years, which makes this season a lot more enjoyable. Studying nutrition and healty lifestyle really helped to achieve this.
So I wanted to share some of my tips so that you can benefit from them too, and perhaps this winter will be different for you?
I wish you the best health ever this winter. I hope you will find this tips helpful and don't hesitate to add a comment below if you have further questions.
