Just because I am nutritionist and a foodie doesn't mean that I only cook with superfoods. I do believe that regular foods are superfoods and we should use them as much as we can. However because I have both a gluten and dairy intolerance, I had to adapt my cooking and find alternatives, and below are the staples (and brands) that I use on a weekly basis, for myself and my family.
