What does it really take to be healthy?
That was the question that changed my life, back in 2008 when I was plagued with physical and mental health issues.
I had tried the regular route with GPs and specialists and prescribed medication. But none of their recommendation that I tried worked for me: not a single improvement despite all my efforts.
I became very frustrated because I wanted results and I wasn’t getting anywhere.
So I decided to take charge of my health and sort it out by myself.
And that’s all it took, a simple decision. This decision that changed my life. The decision that I was going to persevere until I find the way that works for me.
