For me December has been for a long time synonymous with indigestion, headaches, hangovers and weight gain?
Then with the years, as a result of maturity and education on nutrition, I realised that it was actually possible to have a wonderful holiday period without suffering from the usual complaints. Imagine sailing through December without stress or weight gain. It is totally possible, and the secret is preparation, decision and self-discipline.
Now I love the holiday, because I know I won't start the year with a few extra kilos!
