December is a wonderful celebratory month, where most people eat and drink without thinking of the consequences it may have on their body (and mind). If you have a perfect diet and lifestyle the rest of the year, then it wouldn’t be such an issue.
But it is rarely the case. I do agree that it is important to enjoy life, but it is also important to look after your body, not only because damages add up, but also once you realise there is something, it takes longer to recover.

• Review the signs and symptoms to show that it may be time to slow down or start changing a few habits
• Design a strategy on how to deal with the festive period like a champion, looking at what’s usually on the menu (food and drink- wise) and the best options for you to choose. We will find ways for you to enjoy yourself the healthiest way possible
• For those interested we may even design a nutritious full menu (starter, main and desert) with the recipes. If this is of interest to you, let me know in advance if you follow a particular diet
